Clay Ramsey

With over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, I am the Infosec Manager at ClearBalance HealthCare, a leading provider of patient financing solutions. I manage the infosec program for the company, ensuring the security and protection of sensitive data and the hardware that data resides on.

I collaborate with audit and sales staff on RFIs, RFPs, attestations, and audits, using GRC tools to maintain regulatory compliance. I also lead the audit team, conduct reviews, craft and present reports, and manage findings. Additionally, I provide customer training and support, and create customer documentation. My core competencies include threat and vulnerability remediation and management, disaster recovery planning and testing, and sales engineering. I hold several certifications, including CISSP, HCISPP, and ITIL, and can converse in Russian. I am also a senior member and board member of ISSA, and a director and liaison for Venturing Crew 1024, a chartered scouting group for cybersecurity enthusiasts.
