As a cyber security leader with 25+ years of experience, Jeffrey has led teams of cyber professionals who provide threat detection and response services to clients across various industries and regions. He holds the CISSP credential, and he is a doctoral candidate in information assurance and cybersecurity at Capella University, researching zero-trust security in cloud environments.

Most recently, he was a senior manager at EY Cyber Managed Services, where he ensured the timely delivery of cyber engagements throughout EY Americas and educated local clients on EY's unique cyber offerings. Previously, he was a security operations center manager at Raytheon Technologies, where he oversaw 24/7 cyber security operations for 190k users and implemented modernized and streamlined technical solutions. Jeffery has also served as an Air Force cyber defense officer for 24 years, retiring as a cyber defense flight commander. Throughout his career, he has gained expertise in Splunk Enterprise Security, process improvement, cyber incident management, and client relationship management. Jeffery is also passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of cyber leaders and delivering innovative and effective solutions to complex cyber challenges.
