As the host of the Cyber Careers and Coffee podcast, I share insights and tackle real-world challenges in the cybersecurity workforce. My role as VP of North Texas ISSA allows me to foster growth within our community. Through my global partnership with ISC2 CC, I advance cybersecurity certification programs, and leading the NICE Modernize Talent Management Working Group helps me push for better talent management practices across the industry.

Collaborating with higher educational institutions, I focus on building robust AI and cybersecurity talent pipelines. I’m also passionate about speaking on topics like cyber and AI workforce development, leadership initiatives, mental health in the workplace, and neurodiversity. Bringing a human touch to these critical conversations is what drives me.
