Operating from both sides of the desk as a Recruiter and Client Partner, I bring a comprehensive perspective to the table. In 2019, while assisting a prominent automaker in filling critical cybersecurity roles, I identified a glaring need in the cybersecurity recruitment landscape, marked by a talent shortage and distinct challenges compared to other technical roles, I decided to specialize in cybersecurity.

My primary mission is two-fold: to help my client become more successful today than they were yesterday while helping my candidates prepare and land their next great gig. With a background in management, I derive immense satisfaction from guiding clients in building robust teams from scratch. Over the years, my immersion in technology and cybersecurity has equipped me with valuable insights into finding the best talent based on my client’s environment. The key to success is to be honest with my client and my candidate.
