Professionally Pratibha has served about 19 years in the Technology and information security realm within manufacturing, med device and now financial services industries. Her focus has been managing Information Security, Technology, and IT operations globally for mid-size companies and large organizations. Currently she is divisional head of technology risk at a bank.   

Seeing ambiguity and obstacles as opportunity, she jumps headfirst towards problem solving and creates a strategy, team, business aligned roadmap and structure where it did not exist previously.

Pratibha lives by a gratitude attitude and is passionate about continuous learning. She believes in creating a safe, encouraging, and supportive environment so each person can thrive and reach their potential.  She currently serves as an Advisory Council member for Consero.
