Sponsor Instructions
Golf Foursomes:
Please check in at the front entrance. Check in begins at 10:00am, but players can arrive as early as 9:00am and go to the driving range.
Each player must check in, to receive the swag bag and get further instructions.
All carts will be labeled with Player names, and lined up in “The Circle”, west of the Main Entrance. HCCC will assign hole starts.
Super Tickets:
Super Tickets may be purchased at time of registration for a donation of $50.00.
Tickets include two mulligans, two drink tickets, 10 raffle tickets and entrance into the Putting Contest.
Tickets will be on sale from 10:00 to Noon, In the Swag room.
Premium Hole Sponsors:
Each Premium Hole sponsor may send two representatives, due to catering limitations. Set up is at 10:00am. Hole assignments will be available at check in. Signage will be placed at your assigned hole.
A table will be provided by HCCC, however, you should bring a tent and camping chairs, to protect the tee box area.
Sponsors can bring swag, coolers of water/soft drinks and snacks to be offered to players.
If you choose to offer alcoholic beverages, you must purchase that from HCCC (make arrangements in advance – Adison Adams, HCCC Events Director, adison.adams@invitedclubs.com).
Volunteers and carts will be available to deliver you to your assigned location.
Driving Range Sponsor:
All players are welcome to warm up at the range, prior to shot gun start.
Putting Green Contest:
The purchase of a Super Ticket gets you a place in the Putting Contest. Meet at the Putting Green no later than 11:30am.
Air Cannon:
The Air Cannon will be placed at Hole 12. You can buy a shot for $20. Rules using your air cannon shot: If all players donate, everyone gets to shoot the cannon. The team gets to go to the longest ball and start the play from that spot.
Flag Sponsors and Tee Signs:
All sponsors flags and tee signs will be placed at the assigned holes, prior to the tournament, by organizers.
Beverage Carts:
All Sponsored Cart Signs will be present on the beverage carts prior to the start of the tournament. There will be two beverage carts circling the course.
Electronic Scorecard:
All teams will be given an electronic device to enter scores. It will also have a live leaderboard tab. This enables the organizers to track scores and award winnings quickly.
Photo Sponsor:
Photos will be taken throughout the tournament to create a slide show during the final Awards Reception. The program will show photos from the day with Sponsor logos rotated in.
Golf Balls:
A sleeve will be part of your swag gifts and distributed after registration, in the Club House lounge.
Ball Marker Chip:
This commemorative ball poker chip marker will be distributed as part of your swag gifts after registration, in the Club House lounge.
Scorecard Sponsors:
Sponsor Logo Signs will be printed on the Scorecards prior to the tournament.
Awards Reception:
The Awards Reception will be held in the Craft 11 Bar in main clubhouse immediately after the players complete their round. Awards will be given to Four Teams: for 1s, and 2nd, in Flight One, 1st in Flight Two and 1st in Flight Three.
Prizes for the Longest Drive, Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin, and Hole in One. There will also be drawings for raffle prizes.
Complimentary appetizers will be served and there will be a cash bar.
